As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Senior Lawyer, for a 7-month fixed-term contract, to be filled from June to the end of December 2026.

Your missions
Within the Group Legal Department, reporting to the Group General Counsel, your main missions are the following (non-exhaustive list):
- Ensure the protection, defense and enhancement of the Group’s trademarks, domain names and intellectual property rights, in France and abroad, including the monitoring of uses, the fight against counterfeiting and the coordination of actions with counsel (in particular the constitution of pre-litigation and litigation files in conjunction with the legal counsels, and the monitoring of their development);
- Maintain the follow-up register of actions carried out, manage exchanges with counterfeiters/unauthorized users, and manage files;
- In coordination with the Group’s IP advisor, manage the trademark and domain name portfolio, the maintenance of rights, the constitution and communication of proofs of use, as well as the monitoring of related royalties;
- Participate in the drafting and monitoring of contracts related to the operation and development of the brand (licenses, partnerships, authorization of use, coexistence, agents, assignments, contest rules), in French and English.
- Assist the Group General Counsel in the regular updating of legal documents relating to the website and the ticketing service (FR and EN) and more generally, for any legal matter relating to the Group’s entities;
- Assist internal teams in regulatory compliance, particularly in terms of the protection of personal data (GDPR) and legal documents for the Group’s websites, ticketing services and e-commerce platforms.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Brand, the compliance control of products, visuals, marketing materials and distribution channels of partners and licensees.
- Implement brand protection actions in the digital environment, including online platforms, social networks and advertising tools.
- Ensure regular reporting of its activities to the Management and contribute to the organization, structuring and security of internal legal processes.
Your profile
Holder of a Master 2 in private law (with a specialization in intellectual property and contract law), you have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience, in a similar position and within a multi-activity group.
You are comfortable with office and collaborative tools, and know social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Fluency in English is essential.
You demonstrate rigor, a good team spirit, a sense of service and an ability to meet deadlines.
