In order to welcome you in the best conditions, the doors of the Moulin Rouge will open 1h15 before the start of the show.

For a “dinner-show 7 pm”, please come from 6.45 pm. End at 11 pm.
For the “9 pm show”, please come from 8.15 pm. End at 11 pm.
For the “11 pm show”, please come from 10.45 pm. The show starts at 11:30pm. 

The doors will close 10 minutes before the beginning of the show.

In order not to disturb the smooth running of the show, persons arriving at the entrance of the Moulin Rouge after the doors have closed may be refused admission. No admission will be allowed after the show has begun and no refunds will be given.

The show last 1:45 depending on the attractions on stage.

The seating plan is prepared each day, in order to provide you with the best possible service, which explains why we are unable to inform you of your table number in advance.* When you arrive, you will be shown to your table by our Maître d’.
*With the exception of the special event on 31 December.

The Moulin Rouge does not have a fixed seating plan, and it is not possible to reserve a specific place. However, all our tables offer an unobstructed view of the stage and the revue!

CHILDREN

There are two types of reduced rates for children under 12.

For the dinner-show: you can book directly online by selecting the children’s menu available for children under 12 years old. You may be asked to provide identification.

For the show only: you can book directly online by selecting the child’s ticket available for children under 12 years old. You may be asked to provide identification.

No alcoholic beverages will be served to children under the age of 18.

Please note : Our show is for all ages. Children are accepted from age six (6) and must be accompanied by an adult. Please note, however, that the “Féérie” show includes passages with nudity.

Our show is intergenerational. Minors aged six (6) and over may attend the show, accompanied by an adult. Please note that the “Féérie” revue includes topless passages.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The Moulin Rouge offers special access for people with reduced mobility. In order to help you prepare for your visit, please contact us beforehand by e-mail at reservation@moulinrouge.fr or by phone at +33 1 53 09 82 82.

The Moulin Rouge provides a hearing aid via WI-FI, so that all our customers can fully enjoy our show.

For that, it is necessary to download the “Sennheiser Mobile Connect” App for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the installation will start automatically after download. All you have to do is to connect your headphones and connect to the WI-FI MobileConnect network (WI-FI settings of your device), adapt then the audio signal to your own needs. CLOAKROOM & DRESS CODE

Yes. This service is charged at a rate of 2€ per item placed.

It is strongly recommended for coats.

The backpacks, suitcases and other voluminous luggage except small handbags will not be accepted neither inside the theatre or in the cloakroom.

Elegant attire required (tie and jacket not mandatory): no shorts, no short-pants, no flipflops, no running shoes, no sportswear and no open shoes for Gentlemen.
We will ask you to remove your hat or cap when you enter the venue.

ANIMALS

Animals are not accepted into the Moulin Rouge’s establishment, except for guide dogs for blind people or assistance dogs, assisting people holding an invalidity card and a priority card for people with disabilities, in accordance with the regulations in force.

It is specified that emotional support dogs (or any other animal) are not accepted within the Moulin Rouge.

TICKETS & BOOKING

Reservations for an evening at the Moulin Rouge can be made in one of three ways: online ticketing, through the reservations department (+ 33 (0)1 53 09 82 82) or at the box office at 82, boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris.

You can also present your ticket on your smartphone, or contact the Box Office by telephone, on +33 1 53 09 82 82, or by e-mail, at the following address: reservation@moulinrouge.fr. If contacting us by e-mail, it is important to include as many details as possible (booking number, name of the person indicated on the booking, number of seats purchased, and the date and time of the show).

In accordance with the provisions of the article 221-28 12° of the French consumer code, the Client does not have a right of withdrawal. The ticket issued for the Service cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Thus, if the Client cancels his/her Booking, the price paid by the Client shall be retained by the Moulin Rouge as compensation.

If the Service is cancelled by the Moulin Rouge, requests for refund must be sent to the Moulin Rouge Ticket Office or to the following email address: reservation@moulinrouge.fr within six (6) months from the date of the cancelled Service.

GIFTS & SOUVENIRS

There is a shop for our customers inside the Moulin Rouge, open when you arrive and after the show. If it is very busy, Moulin Rouge products are also available from our on-line store (www.moulinrougestore.com)

The DVD of the show is only available in our customers shop within the Moulin Rouge excluding exceptional closure.

The CD is available in all our shops and on our website.

The Moulin Rouge does not currently offer gift vouchers for its show.

SHOW & PROGRAM

For copyright and security reasons it is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record all or part of the Moulin Rouge theatre and the show.

The Management reserves the right to modify the program.

On-site beverages & tobacco

We inform you that the Moulin Rouge is a non-smoking establishment: entrance, hall, performance hall … Electronic cigarettes are not allowed.

Yes. Service will however be interrupted for the duration of the show.

Security measures

In view of the events which took place in Paris on Friday, November 13, 2015, the Moulin Rouge has increased the measures already in place for public safety.

We thank you in advance for agreeing to submit to the control of our security agents, guaranteeing you that everything has been implemented so that these measures do not disturb your evening in any way.

Anyone who refuses to comply may be prohibited from entering the performance hall.

PLEASE NOTE: Luggage and travel bags are no longer allowed in the cloakrooms

As of March 14th 2022, the presentation of a vaccination pass is no longer needed to enter the Moulin Rouge.

Wearing a mask within the Moulin Rouge is no longer mandatory but remains recommended for vulnerable people.

HISTORY & LOCATION

The Moulin Rouge is a Parisian cabaret located in the Montmartre district of Paris. It opened its doors in 1889 and today offers a large-scale revue -Féérie-. The show is performed daily at 21:00 and 23:00. Dinner is available from 19:00.

The hilltop of Montmarte, with its elevated position, used to be crowned by numerous windmills. They appear regularly in the works of iconic painters such as Renoir, Van Gogh and Utrillo.
