Are you a catering professional ? Would you like to experience a unique adventure ? Join us on June 23rd, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., for a recruitment day at the Moulin Rouge !

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to discover backstage at the famous Parisian cabaret !

This event is open to the public and aims to find our future talent ; whether it’s your first job or a new professional experience in the Hospitality & Catering industry, whether you are looking for a fixed-term contract or a permanent contract, come and meet us ; we are sure to have the right job for you !

You will have the opportunity to interview in the legendary cabaret room and discover the world of our company.

Since 1889, the Moulin Rouge has been welcoming visitors from all over the world to discover the Féerie revue, which is performed 365 days a year, once or twice a night, and amazes 600,000 spectators every year.

The Moulin Rouge is a group of nearly 450 employees, bringing together a fascinating array of exceptional trades : from the rigor of the ballet to the finesse of the cuisine, not to mention the perfection of the costumes created by its Maisons d’Art.

The Moulin Rouge is responsible for catering, hospitality and customer service at the famous cabaret : refined menus, homemade desserts, fresh and seasonal produce, ballet in the dining room… With 850 seats, including 450 for dinner, no fewer than 80 professionals were needed to make up the brigade in the dining room, and 40 in the kitchen and patisserie, to make French gastronomy shine !
