Marking its 134th anniversary in style, the Moulin Rouge has joined forces with Parisian designer Sophie Cano, who unleashes her creative talents in an exclusive collaboration.

Sophie Cano is an artist with a boldly colourful aesthetic that evokes a world of travel and escapism.

This capsule collection is a reinvention of her iconic designs that perfectly encapsulates the pure essence of the Moulin Rouge. Both brands fully express their identities in this collaboration, which pays tribute to elegance, celebration, and enchantment.

This captivating creative journey is divided into two chapters, each of which pays homage to the world of the Moulin Rouge.

Chapter 1: Iconic Moulin

Unveiled on October 9^th, the pieces in this inaugural collection perfectly embody the fusion between Sophie Cano’s craftsmanship and the Moulin Rouge identity.

The rectangular clutch and coin purse are handcrafted using traditional Indian techniques, in line with the designer’s vision of creating the perfect companions for any occasion. Whether you’re strolling around town, travelling or enjoying festive soirées, these accessories are the perfect home for all your essential items!

These two models are adorned with delicate beaded embroideries in shades of red, white, and gold, enhancing your style and elevating your outfits to new heights.

Chapter 2: Alchemy

In this second chapter, unveiled on November 17^th , Sophie Cano immerses herself in the mysterious aura of the Moulin Rouge. The designer has drawn inspiration from the Tarots et poésie (Tarots and Poetry) decorative art that adorns the walls of the cabaret’s iconic performance venue, crafting mysterious, refined pieces that symbolise a rich cultural heritage and a daringly modern outlook.

The mini-bag, rectangular clutch and coin purse are each imbued with this unique alchemy between elegance, mysticism, and poetry, lending this blend a material form via a distinctive, captivating design.

Each piece features a deep blue background with golden and white motifs reminiscent of a starry night sky.

The mini-bag and clutch showcase the “protective eye” symbol, while the coin purse features a luminous golden windmill beneath a crescent moon.
