We are looking for a Work-study student in Human Resources, as part of a one- or two-year apprenticeship contract, to be filled for the start of the 2026 academic year.

Your missions
Within the Human Resources Department of the Moulin Rouge Group, you will be involved in a variety of operational missions, allowing you to discover all the HR challenges of the sector.
As such, your main missions are the following (non-exhaustive list):
People Development
- Take part in recruitment, from the expression of the need to the hiring: write and update advertisements, distribute them on the various channels, sort and source CVs, respond to candidates, make telephone pre-selections, liaise with managers and schedule interviews, ensure the management of co-optations within the framework of the program set up, ;
- Actively participate in various HR events: recruitment fairs, school visits, integration sessions, etc. ;
- Ensure the reception of the Group’s interns and work-study students (visits, integration, discovery schedule, etc.);
- Actively monitor trial periods and their purposes, in collaboration with the Managers and the HR department;
- Contribute to the organization of training sessions according to the plan (administrative, material, communication, requests for support from OPCOs, etc.);
- Participate in the deployment and monitoring of professional interview campaigns.
Personnel Administration
- Follow the onboarding and offboarding formalities via the HRIS (collection of personal documents, creation of badges, mutual affiliation, verification of residence permits, etc.) and prepare the reception files;
- Assist in the drafting of employment contracts, amendments, letters and certificates;
- Ensure the link with the Payroll department and the Managers.
Communication and HR projects
- Ensure the dissemination of internal communications (recruitment, integration, memos, etc.), as well as the updating of the various monitoring tables;
- Participate in HR projects, bring the employer brand to life and represent it.
Your profile
You are preparing a degree in Human Resources (Master’s degree), and ideally have a successful first internship period in a generalist position or in recruitment, and have a taste for the field.
You have interpersonal and writing skills in both French and English.
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and ideally the Canva tool.
To flourish in your work-study program, you have the following qualities:
- You are particularly curious, organized and rigorous;
- You are reactive and you know how to manage priorities;
- You are a good communicator: with the HR department, managers and operational teams.
