We are looking for a Pastry Clerk for a full-time permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

Position Description
The Executive Chef, Arnaud DEMERVILLE, accompanied by the Cuisine & Pastry brigade, ensures the preparation and delivery of some 350 dinners served each evening in our establishment.
In order to provide quality cuisine to our customers, made with fresh products, your missions consist, under the direction of Executive Chef Arnaud DEMERVILLE and Pastry Sous-Chefs, in :
- Carry out the necessary setup to make the desserts ;
- Carry out preparations in compliance with technical sheets, manufacturing and installation rules as well as hygiene and safety rules ;
- To participate in sending desserts within the set deadlines of the service ;
- To participate in the control of the goods during their delivery and to store them ;
- Clean and store equipment as well as work spaces.
All these tasks must contribute to guaranteeing the image of the brand and the cabaret, by offering customers quality cuisine presented in an impeccable manner.
Your Profile
With hotel training, a CAP/BEP (NVQ) Pastry degree graduate, you have significant initial experience as a Pastry Clerk, ideally acquired in a gastronomic establishment.
You are perfectly familiar with hygiene and HACCP rules.
You are responsive, voluntary, motivated, know how to work in a team and have a sense of precision and method.
Contract
Permanent contract – 39 hours per week – to be filled as soon as possible.
Work on weekends and public holidays.
Periods of 5 working days – 2 consecutive days off.
Hours : continuous, morning or evening.
Salary : €2,199,78 gross per month.
Benefits : no cut-off, health insurance, 50% transport reimbursement, meal card, 13th month, Business and Social Council.
Job based at Bal du Moulin Rouge, 82 Boulevard de Clichy – 75018 PARIS.
