We are looking for a Kitchen Demi-Chef de Partie for a full-time permanent contract.

Position description

In order to provide quality cuisine to our customers, made with fresh and seasonal products, your missions consist, under the supervision of the Executive Chef and the Sub-Chefs, to :


  • Participate in culinary achievements that fall under your responsibility ;
  • Guarantee the preparation and sending of the 350 dinners served each evening within the establishment, in compliance with technical sheets, hygiene standards and brand standards ;
  • Master the different manufacturing techniques put in place (cooking, cutting, etc.) and know all the dishes served at the Moulin Rouge ;
  • Participate in procurement for your party and determine material requirements ;
  • Help check the quality of deliveries and ensure their storage in compliance with hygiene standards ;
  • Participate in the training and supervision of Kitchen Clerks and alternates/trainees, and take over, over short periods (holidays, weekends, etc.), the supervision of the employees of his party ;
  • Apply current health and safety rules.


All of these tasks must contribute to guaranteeing the image of the brand and the cabaret, by offering customers quality cuisine presented in an impeccable manner.

Your profile

Coming from a cooking training (CAP/ BEP and/ or Bac Pro and/ or MC Caterer), you justify an experience ideally acquired in establishments of type brasserie of luxury or gourmet restaurant and/ or Michelin-starred.


You know all about hygiene and HACCP.


You master French gastronomy and its different production techniques, and you have a sense of detail.


You are an excellent cook, reactive, willing, motivated and rigorous. You are attentive and adaptable. You are able to apprehend the services with method as well as efficiency and have the sense of pedagogy.


Full-time permanent contract – 39h per week.

Work on weekends and holidays.

5-day work periods – 2 consecutive days of rest.

Hours : continuous, morning or evening.
