We are looking for a Human Resources Intern for a placement of up to 6 months, to start as soon as possible.

Your missions
Within the Moulin Rouge Group’s Human Resources Department, you will be involved in a variety of operational tasks, enabling you to gain an understanding of all the HR challenges within the sector.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include the following (non-exhaustive list):
People Development
- Assist with recruitment, from identifying the need through to hiring: drafting and posting job advertisements, screening and sourcing CVs, conducting interviews, liaising between managers and candidates, etc.;
- Welcome the Group’s interns and work-study students (tours, induction, orientation programmes, etc.);
- Participate in various HR events: recruitment fairs, school visits, induction sessions, etc.;
- Contribute to the organisation of training sessions (administrative tasks, equipment, communication, funding applications to OPCOs, etc.);
- Monitor and participate in professional interview campaigns.
HR Administration
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures via the HRIS (collecting personal documents, issuing ID badges, registering employees with the health insurance scheme, verifying residence permits, etc.) and preparing induction packs;
- Assist with drafting employment contracts, amendments, letters and certificates;
- Liaise with the Payroll department and managers.
Communication and HR Projects
- Ensure the distribution of internal communications (recruitment, induction, memos, etc.), as well as the updating of various tracking tables;
Help implement staff cards for the Group and other HR projects.
Your profile
You are currently studying for a Master’s degree in Human Resources; ideally, you have already completed a successful initial internship in a generalist role or in recruitment, and you enjoy working in a hands-on environment.
You have strong interpersonal and writing skills in both French and English.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and, ideally, in Canva.

- You are particularly curious, organised and meticulous;
- You are responsive and know how to manage priorities;
- You are a good communicator: with the HR department, managers and operational teams.
