We are looking for a Commis de cuisine for a full-time permanent contract, to start as soon as possible.

The Executive Chef, Arnaud DEMERVILLE, is accompanied by a kitchen brigade of some forty professionals, and a dining room brigade of 80 passionate people, to take care of the 450 or so covers served daily in the establishment.
In order to provide our customers with quality cuisine, made with fresh produce, your duties, under the direction of Executive Chef Arnaud DEMERVILLE, will involve taking part in all types of kitchen work : helping to set up, receive and put away provisions, prepare staff meals, peel vegetables, prepare garnishes, etc…. then, at the end of the service, assisted by a dishwasher, ensure the cleaning of equipment, kitchen and pantries.
All these tasks must contribute to guaranteeing the image of the brand and the cabaret, by offering customers quality cuisine presented in an impeccable manner.
With a hotel or catering professional background (CAP – NVQ), you have initial experience as a kitchen assistant.
You are perfectly familiar with hygiene and HACCP rules.
You are familiar with French gastronomy and are able to handle service with method and efficiency.
You are reactive, willing, motivated, a team player and a good disciplinarian.
Full-time permanent contract – 39 hours per week – to be filled as soon as possible.
Work on weekends and public holidays.
Periods of 5 working days – 2 consecutive days off.
Hours : continuous, morning or evening.
Salary : €2,094.40 gross per month.
Benefits : no cut-off, health insurance, 50% transport reimbursement, meal card, 13th month, Business and Social Council.
