What time should I arrive at the Moulin Rouge?
For a “dinner-show”, please come between 6.45 pm and 7.30 pm. End at 11 pm.
For the “9 pm show”, please come between 8.30 pm and 8.45 pm. End at 11 pm.
For the “11 pm show”, please come between 10.30 and 11.00 pm. End at 1 am.
I do not have a table number, whereabouts in the theatre will I be seated?
The seating plan is prepared each day, in order to provide you with the best possible service, which explains why we are unable to inform you of your table number in advance.* When you arrive, you will be shown to your table by our Maître d’.
*With the exception of the special event on 31 December.
COVID-19 SANITARY PROTOCOL
The health pass:
Following governmental announcements effective July 21st 2021, any person aged 18 and over must present a health pass for entering the Moulin Rouge, in one of the three following forms:
(1) a proof of full vaccination status, or
(2) a negative PCR or antigen test result less than 72 hours old, or
(3) a certificate of recovery from COVID -19.
Passes can be digital (on the TousAntiCovid app) or in paper form.
As of September 30th 2021, the health pass will also be required for children from 12 to 17 years old.
The health pass is not required for children under 12.
You can present any form of health passes in paper or digital format, that includes a QR Code – including the EU digital COVID certificate or equivalent for non-European Union countries.
If you are not vaccinated, you must:
– take an antigenic test in a pharmacy less than 72 hours before the show (results in a few minutes, at a cost)
– or take a PCR test in an analysis laboratory less than 72 hours before the show (results within 24h, at a cost)
You will need to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth within the Moulin Rouge.
Autotests are not accepted.
Your health pass and proof of ID will be required at the entrance.
Any person who is unable to present a valid health pass will be refused admission and will not be able to request a refund under any circumstances.

What health protocol in connection with Covid-19 has the Moulin Rouge put in place?
The sanitary measures put in place respect the protocol imposed by the French government:
- Respect of social distancing
- Provision of a contact-tracing notebook and of a venue QR code for the app TousAntiCovid Signal
- Implementation of a one-way system
- Follow-up and application of preventive measures to stop the spread of the virus
- Installation of multiple hand sanitizer dispensers at the various entrances and inside the
- Ventilation of the venue and adjoining premises is provided by a full fresh air circulation
- Reinforced cleaning of the venue
- Increased signage and reminders of all measures required to limit transmission of the virus
What happens if travel restrictions are in place or I am unable to attend the show due to Covid-19?
Temporary changes to our booking policy
In the current pandemic context, where the well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority, we are extremely mindful of statements issued by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization, regarding new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are adhering to their guidelines.
To ensure that our customers have the flexibility they require during this difficult period, the Moulin Rouge has decided to temporarily change its booking policy as follows:
For customers booking between June 1st 2021 and March 31st 2022, and notwithstanding article 2.4- of the “General terms and conditions governing ticket sales”, changes and cancellations will be authorised free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the show.
Please note that in this case, the change will be made according to availability and will be subject to possible price differences.
This Provision does not apply to bookings made through online travel agents or other travel professionals, who should be contacted directly to find out more about their policies in this regard.

CLOAKROOM & DRESS CODE
What is the dress code?
It is a requirement that you wear smart dress when attending an evening at Moulin Rouge: shorts, Bermuda shorts, ﬂipﬂops, sportswear and sports shoes are not permitted.
Do you offer a paid cloakroom?
Yes. Cloakroom attendants are on hand to look after coats and bags during the show.
Can I exchange or cancel my tickets?
Tickets issued cannot be bought back, refunded or exchanged. If a show is cancelled by Moulin Rouge, refund requests should be sent to the Moulin Rouge Box Ofﬁce, 82 Boulevard de Clichy, 75018 Paris – France, or to the following e-mail address: email@example.com within 6 months of the cancellation. (Art. 2.4 of the GTCs).
What should I do if I am unable to print my e-tickets?
You can also present your ticket on your smartphone, or contact the Box Ofﬁce by telephone, on +33 1 53 09 82 82, or by e-mail, at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. If contacting us by e-mail, it is important to include as many details as possible (booking number, name of the person indicated on the booking, number of seats purchased, and the date and time of the show).
GIFTS & SOUVENIRS
Are Moulin Rouge products on sale at the theatre?
There is a shop for our customers inside the Moulin Rouge, open when you arrive and after the show. If it is very busy, Moulin Rouge products are also available from our on-line shop (www.moulinrougestore.com)
Is there a CD or DVD of the Féerie show?
The DVD of the show is only available in our customers shop within the Moulin Rouge. The CD is available in all our shops and on our website.
Can I take photos during the show?
For copyright and security reasons it is strictly forbidden to photograph, ﬁlm or record all or part of the Moulin Rouge theatre and the show.
How about photographs of myself?
As a souvenir of your evening, a team of professional photographers is available to take photographs of you inside the Moulin Rouge theatre
What is the minimum age for watching the show?
Our show is for all ages. Children are accepted from age 6 and must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there any hearing aid for the hearing-impaired?
The Moulin Rouge provides a hearing aid via WI-FI, so that all our costumers can fully enjoy our show.
For that, it is necessary to download the “Sennheiser Mobile Connect” App for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the installation will start automatically after download. All you have to do is to connect your headphones and connect to the WI-FI MobileConnect network (WI-FI settings of your device), adapt then the audio signal to your own needs.
