Your missions
Le Moulin Rouge is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to strengthen its team attached to the Director of Human Resources.
This role, full-time, involves the strategic management of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, training and social relations management. You will be in charge of creating HR policies aligned with the company’s values while ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
The position is located in our premises in Paris in the unique and dynamic atmosphere of the Moulin Rouge.
You will be in charge of the management of three people.
This operational role actively contributes to the implementation of HR policy, the development of our teams and the maintenance of a quality social climate.
Main Missions
1) Support for teams & HR consulting:
Position oneself as a true partner for managers on all HR topics
Recruitment
- In charge of detecting and analyzing needs, implementing the adapted recruitment process while ensuring follow-up points throughout the integration.
People development
- Participate in monitoring developments and mobility with the operational teams and be a driving force on this subject;
- Accompany internal mobility;
- Supervise the proper conduct of evaluation campaigns while ensuring the proper documentation on this subject (guides, frameworks, training…).
Training
- Build and pilot the training plan;
- Issue recommendations on the training actions to be carried out as well as on the choice of training partners;
- Monitor relations with the different OPCO;
- Optimize the training actions carried out internally.
HR communication
- Design and deploy a targeted communication strategy to promote the company among candidates (social media content, employee testimonials, recruitment events, trade shows);
- Work in partnership with the marketing department and schools/organizations to strengthen the company’s visibility as an attractive employer;
- Develop and coordinate the communications that accompany HR processes: integration campaigns, information on HR policies…;
- Implement communication tools and materials (HR newsletter…).
2) Management of Social Relations / Individual Relations
- Organize and co-host the meetings of the IORPs: agendas, supervision of the preparation of materials and indicators, animation of committees, drafting and monitoring of action plans resulting from mandatory and ad hoc consultations;
- Be the reference HR interlocutor for managers and employees on all topics of individual and collective relationships;
- Accompany and advise local managers in the daily management of sensitive HR situations: discipline, individual and collective conflicts, absenteeism, alerts, internal investigations;
- Ensure the proper application of labour law, collective agreements and internal procedures by ensuring operational legal monitoring;
- Manage and secure disciplinary, pre-litigation and contentious files, in coordination with
- Management and external counsel if necessary;
- Actively contribute to maintaining a serene and constructive social climate, by identifying weak signals, proposing and implementing actions to prevent social risks.
3) Deployment of HR Projects & Group Processes
- Actively participate in the deployment of the HR cycle (setting objectives, compensation review, talent review, succession plans…);
- Contribute to different HR projects.
Your profile
Holder of a Bac + 5 specialized in Human Resources/Social Law, you have at least 5 years of significant experience as an HR manager.
