We are looking for a Restaurant Commis for a full-time permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Commis are responsible for customer service, in line with Moulin Rouge standards. Their main tasks are as follows :
– Inform customers in a polite and concise manner ;
– Know all the dishes on the menu, their fillings and preparation methods ;
– Know and apply hygiene and safety regulations ;
– Ensure compliance with HACCP standards ;
– Serve dishes discreetly and professionally ;
– Ensure that all condiments are stored and arranged in the bar ;
– Ensure beverage service, following Moulin Rouge procedures and standards ;
– Clean and maintain the room, lobby, waiting room and service areas.
In this context, you will ensure optimum quality of service through a welcoming attitude that contributes to a successful evening experience at the cabaret.
All these tasks must also contribute to guaranteeing the image of the brand and the cabaret, by offering customers impeccable presentation and behavior.
Trained as a hotelier or catering professional, you will have previous experience of table service in a quality establishment such as a luxury brasserie.
You’re responsive, smile, know how to work as part of a team and have excellent customer relations skills.
You are physically dexterous and careful when serving.
Knowledge of English is essential for this position.
Full-time permanent contract – 35 hours per week – available as soon as possible.
Work on weekends and public holidays.
Periods of 5 working days – 2 consecutive days off.
Working hours : from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Salary : €1,860.56 gross per month.
Benefits : no cut-off, health insurance, 50% transport reimbursement, meal card, 13th month, Business and Social Council, bonuses.
