We are looking for a Reservation and Ticketing Agent for a full-time permanent contract, to start as soon as possible.

Position description
Working in the Reservations department, your daily tasks are as follows :
– Welcoming customers physically and by telephone ;
– Information on the elements associated with the reservation ;
– Direct sales + by email and telephone ;
– Ticketing ;
– Payment collection ;
– Connection to online chat on our website: instant discussion with potential customers ;
– Compliance with instructions and general sales conditions ;
– Management of reservations in Aparté software.
Your profile
– Excellent reception skills ;
– Astute, punctual and rigorous ;
– Good interpersonal skills ;
– Autonomous ;
– Enjoys teamwork ;
– Fluent in English. Another language would be a plus ;
– Commercial spirit ;
– Versatility ;
– First experience in the hotel/tourism sector would be a plus.
Contract
Full-time permanent contract – 35 hours per week – as soon as possible.
Work : weekends and public holidays.
Working hours : during the day or evening (max 11:45 pm).
2 consecutive days off during the week.
Salary : 2,415 euros gross per month.
Benefits : health insurance, 50% transport reimbursement, meal card, Business and Social Council, 13th month.
