Job Description

Reporting to the Development & Partnerships Manager, you will be the internal point of contact for inventory management, purchasing, and liaison with Moulin Rouge product retail outlets. In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

PRODUCTION PURCHASING

o Manage the supplier contact database and participate in sourcing new suppliers (through attendance at trade shows or dedicated events, internet research, and personal networks);
o Analyze needs and make purchases from suppliers (retail products, e-commerce, partners, internal, etc.);
o Ensure the development of new products with suppliers;
o Ensure the management of margin indicators;
o Place orders and make products available for distribution.

RETAIL OPERATIONS
o Coordinate and centralize requests from points of sale;
o Receive, process, and verify deliveries;
o Analyze needs and allocate resources to different points of sale;
o Process store orders and monitor restocking;
o Supervise daily and weekly inventories;
o Prepare and carry out the annual inventory for each point of sale;
o Monitor the flow of goods (deliveries, transfers, returns, etc.);
o After-sales service: Operational management of product returns, credit notes, and corrective invoices.
o Support and monitor the implementation of in-store merchandising.
o Promotional operations: Operational implementation of promotional operations at points of sale.

eCOMMERCE
o Ensure the purchase of eCommerce products;
o Monitor the flow of goods and restocking needs;
o After-sales service: Manage eCommerce disputes.


REPORTING
o Consolidate figures, analyze indicators, and prepare monthly and annual reports on point-of-sale activity.

AUDIT & OPTIMIZATION
o Analyze current procedures and tools for purchasing, managing, and transferring inventory, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Your profile

o Experience: 5 years in purchasing, product development, sales administration, etc.
o Extremely thorough, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Good interpersonal skills
o Strong analytical and adaptability skills
o Professional level English required.
