We are looking for a Marketing Assistant, as part of an internship to be filled at the beginning of January 2026 and until September 2026 at the latest.

Your missions

Within the Group Brand and Strategic Marketing Department, reporting to the Brand and Retail Partnerships Manager, within a team of 5 people, you will participate in the development of the brand – image, turnover – in France and internationally.

 

Your main missions are the following (non-exhaustive list):

 

Licenses / Partnerships

  • Assist the Product Managers in the development and management of the Moulin Rouge brand licensing program (product experiences and collections):
    • Participation in the prospecting, negotiation, product development and collection(s) launch(es) phases (including shoots, press and influence events).
    • Administrative follow-up of the licensees’ operations including the collection and verification of sales reports and the updating of the management software.
  • Update activity tracking tools.
  • BtoB Marketing and Communication:
  • Creation and updates of marketing materials;
  • Organization of trade fairs and team travel.

 

Retail

  • Operational management of the after-sales service.
  • Assist the Omnichannel Operations Coordinator, particularly in the development of products sold in Moulin Rouge points of sale.
  • Produce reports of the retail activity.

 

Prospective monitoring

  • Ensure active sector and competitive intelligence, analysis and production of summaries of market and product trends.
  • Various benchmarks.

 

Archives: management of the transfer project and referencing of the product archives in the warehouse.

Your profile

You are preparing a Bac +4 or Bac +5, in Marketing of the Business School / Celsa type, and you have one or more experiences in business, marketing and project management.

 

Creative and curious about brand news and trends, you are also comfortable with numbers.

Your analytical and synthesis skills will allow you to quickly draw relevant conclusions, to reflect on substantive themes and to make proposals consistent with the objectives set. Organized and rigorous, you can carry out several missions at the same time.

 

To thrive in your internship, you have the following skills:

  • Great writing skills;
  • Good expertise in project management and prioritization;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Good operational command of English in the workplace, written and oral;
  • Autonomy, responsiveness and initiative.
