As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Kitchen Administrative Assistant on a fixed-term contract, from April to September 2026.

Your missions
As a Kitchen Administrative Assistant, you will assist the Executive Chef on a daily basis in his administrative and organizational missions.
As such, your main missions consist in particular of (non-exhaustive list):
Administration and management :
- Independently manage the administrative part of the Catering Division, particularly when welcoming new employees;
- Supervise and establish the schedules of the Cooking, Pastry and Dishwashing teams, in agreement with the Executive Chef, in compliance with legal deadlines;
- Gather and organize all activities related to the management of schedules (management and follow-up of extras, organization of CPs, work stoppages, etc.);
- Manage daily service orders (food, beverages, office automation), follow up on the department’s needs and participate in monthly inventories.
Coordination and communication :
- Coordinate the transmission of information and ensure good communication with the various departments (Human Resources, Accounting, Communication, Sales, Reservations, Management);
- Participate in meetings related to the Catering activity;
- Relieve and support the team leaders in maintaining HACCP standards, coordinate and update the hygiene system in place, in direct contact with the Hygiene referent (Netresto “Cloud and back up office” management, analysis of hygiene reports, management of first aid kits, etc.)
- Ensure the link with the technical teams on operational and structural issues, in agreement with the Executive Chef (technical maintenance of the premises, monitoring of works and sites, etc.)
- Be the first point of contact for employees and ensure follow-up with the Human Resources department, in order to promote good communication between the field teams and the department managers.
These missions must be carried out in accordance with the conduct defined by the department’s management.
Your profile
Coming from the hotel and catering sector, you have a first successful experience in administrative, personnel management or coordination functions, and within a similar sector.
You are proficient in office automation tools (in particular the Office Pack).
You are familiar with the rules of hygiene, safety and HACCP as well as the functioning of a brigade and the regulations in terms of schedule management.
In order to thrive in your role, you have the following qualities:
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate and ability to adapt your speech according to the interlocutors;
- Sense of organization and versatility: you know how to manage your priorities and your time;
- Team spirit: you facilitate the transmission of information between our different departments.

The position:
Opening hours: Monday to Friday – 11:30 am to 7 pm – contract at 35 hours per week.

Gross annual salary: according to profile
Location: in the cabaret’s kitchens, 82 boulevard de Clichy – 75018 Paris.
