We are looking for an IT Technician (Confirmed) for a full-time permanent contract, starting in September 2025.

Job description
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Infrastructure and IT Support, within the Group’s IT department, you will strengthen the IT Support division.
As such, your main tasks are as follows:
- Be the first point of contact for internal customers throughout the Group Moulin Rouge (ballet, kitchen, corporate, technique, couture, etc.) encountering IT problems ;
- Your daily tools will be: Ticketing solution (Zendesk) as well as our remote control solution (TeamViewer);
- Help, support and troubleshoot users in the use of their IT tools (laptop, desktop and print/scan solutions, hardware & software), and assist them with their requests & incidents, in compliance with the procedures in force ;
- Prepare, configure and install IT equipment for employees;
- Actively participate in the management of the computer fleet and its inventory (proper return of equipment on departure, etc.) ;
- Manage routine or basic level 1 and/or 2 incidents, and escalate cases to the next level if necessary ;
- Help raise user awareness of good IT security practices ;
- Report any malfunctions to the line manager.

Your profile
With a degree in IT (BAC +2/3), networking or telecommunications, you have at least 4 years’ experience, ideally in a similar position and environment.
You have a general knowledge of OS and office software (computers, tablets and smartphones – Win / MacOS / MS Office / Creative Cloud / iOS / Android / etc.).
You are familiar with the network/telecommunications environment and basic IT.
English is an asset for this position.

Contract
Full-time permanent contract – 35 hours per week – starting September 2025.
Salary depending on profile.

Position based in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
