As part of a new position, we are looking for a Lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property, for a 6-month internship to be filled at the beginning of January 2026.

Your missions
Reporting to the Group Legal Manager, you will support the activity of the Legal Department on operational aspects, you will contribute to the day-to-day management and you will participate in the implementation of secure and efficient legal processes.
Your scope of action concerns the Intellectual Property rights of all the companies of the Moulin Rouge Group (parent company and subsidiaries).
Your main missions are the following (non-exhaustive list):
- Proofread, update and assist in the drafting of standard contracts (customers, suppliers, subcontractors and service providers);
- Manage the administrative follow-up and the documentary database of contracts;
- Participate in the review and monitoring of general terms and conditions (purchases, sales, etc.);
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance procedures;
- Carry out legal and regulatory monitoring (license agreements, GDPR and intellectual property);
- Support the teams on day-to-day legal issues.
Your profile
You are preparing a Master’s degree in private law (with a specialization in intellectual property or contract law).
You have a solid foundation in contract law, and you understand the legal environment in a company or in a law firm.
You are comfortable with office and collaborative tools, and know social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Fluency in English is essential.
