We are looking for a Human Resources Intern for a period of 6 months, from January 2025 at the latest !

Job description
Within the Moulin Rouge Group’s HR team, supported by the Human Resources Manager, your main missions are as follows :
Recruitment
- Write and/or update announcements and then distribute them on the various channels ;
- Sort CVs, source, respond to candidates, make telephone pre-screenings, liaise with department managers and schedule interviews ;
- Participate in recruitment fairs, school visits, etc. ;
- Ensure an integration process for all the Group’s interns and work-study students.
Training
- Assist in the development of the training plan as well as the deployment and follow-up of professional interviews ;
- Prepare sessions (administrative, material, communication, etc.) ;
- Carry out and follow up on requests for support from the OPCOs.
Individual and collective relations
- Draft work-study contracts and internship agreements ;
- Monitor administrative elements as well as hiring formalities, in relation with the Payroll department ;
- Manage trial periods and the integration of new employees ;
- Assist in the organization of Social Business and Council elections, meetings and negotiations.
HR Development
- Ensure the dissemination of internal communications (recruitment, integration, memos, etc.) ;
- Update of the Group’s monitoring tables and organizational charts.
Your profile
You are preparing a degree in Human Resources (Bachelor’s or Master’s), and ideally, you have a successful first internship period in a similar position.
With a rigorous, dynamic and organized interpersonal skills and team spirit, you have a taste for the field, a sense of listening, and you want to express all your creativity.
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and ideally the Canva tool.
ContraCt
Duration of the internship : 6 months – from January 2025 at the latest.
Advantages : 50% reimbursement of transport, restaurant card, CSE.
Position based at the Bal du Moulin Rouge, 82 Boulevard de Clichy, 75018 Paris.
