We are looking for a Confirmed Payroll and Administration Employee for a full-time permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Confirmed Payroll and Administration Employee is responsible for payroll and personnel administration for a portfolio of employees (around 260 payrolls).

He/she is also involved in structuring the payroll and personnel administration department.

Missions

  • Payroll preparation
  • Collect and check employee time and attendance information (leave, absence, working time, overtime, etc.) ;
  • Manage entries/leaves independently ;
  • Enter variable payroll elements (sick leave, bonuses, time management elements, etc.) ;
  • Guarantee the reliability of pay slips in terms of the legal, regulatory and collective bargaining framework applicable to the company ;
  • Ensuring DSN, tax returns, health insurance, etc. ;
  • Report, manage and follow up all payroll complaints ;
  • Calculate and check severance pay and validating final accounts.

 

  • Personnel administration
  • Handle the formalities involved in recruiting and terminating staff : drafting employment contracts and amendments, drafting various types of correspondence, managing membership and deregistration of mutual insurance and provident fund schemes, drafting end-of-contract documents, etc. ;
  • Organize and update personnel files (electronic and physical) ;
  • Ensure communications with social security bodies ;
  • Assist employees with all administrative formalities ;
  • Answer employees’ questions.

Your profile

You will have at least 5 years’ significant experience in payroll and personnel administration, ideally acquired in an international environment.

You will have a sound knowledge of employment law and payroll. You will be able to build trusting relationships with all levels of contact, pay close attention to detail and have a sense of confidentiality.

Knowledge of payroll for employees in the HCR (Hotels, Cafés and Restaurants) sector and of intermittent entertainment workers is a plus.

Knowledge of SILAE and GHS software and of the formalities involved in obtaining visas is also a plus.

Contract

Full-time permanent contract – 35 hours per week – as soon as possible.

Salary according to profile.

Benefits : health insurance, 50% reimbursement of transport, meal card, 13th month, Business and Social Council.

Job based at Bal du Moulin Rouge, 82 Boulevard de Clichy – 75018 PARIS.
