Maintenance technician (M/F)

Permanent contract – Full-time

We are looking for a Maintenance technician to reinforce the team, on a full-time permanent contract, to be filled soon as possible.

Job description

Reporting to the Manager, you will join the Maintenance Department and work in collaboration with all Moulin Rouge teams.

 

As such, your daily tasks are as follows:

  • Maintain the equipment in good working order and ensure routine maintenance, following a periodic inspection of the installations;
  • Carry out preventive, curative and corrective technical and facility maintenance;
  • Carry out repairs as required and/or requested;
  • Follow up on assignments (completed, in progress or forthcoming) and prepare reports/precommendations following interventions;
  • Participate, as required, in small-scale handling (receiving and moving goods) and/or odd jobs (assembling furniture, changing a drawer, etc.);
  • Ensure the safety of users of the premises (marking slippery areas, use of hazardous products, etc.);
  • Clean, tidy and maintain equipment at the end of operations;
  • Connect with outside companies and assist them if necessary;
  • Apply and ensure compliance with current health and safety standards;
  • Identify and report any anomalies or malfunctions to the line manager.

 

This list is not exhaustive, and by its very nature is subject to change, depending on the Company’s needs and organization.

Your profile

With a background in construction or the hotel industry, you have significant experience in a similar position, ideally in old or historic buildings.

A true Swiss Army knife, you are proficient in maintenance/repair, and have a basic knowledge of the various trades (electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, wallpapering, small-scale masonry).

In addition, you have the following skills:

– Knowledge of health and safety standards;

– Good interpersonal skills: both with teams and external service providers;

– Ability to work rigorously, react quickly and manage priorities.

Training in electrical engineering (CAP/BEP/BAC PRO) is appreciated.

Speaking italian is a plus.

Contract

Full-time permanent contract – 35 hours per week – to be filled as soon as possible.

From Monday to Friday –some Saturdays, depending on projects and emergencies

Salary : according to profile.

Benefits : health insurance, 50% transport reimbursement, meal card, 13th month, Business and Social Council.

Job based at Bal du Moulin Rouge, 82 Boulevard de Clichy – 75018 PARIS.
