We are looking for a Chef de Partie Cuisine for a full-time permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

The Executive Chef, Arnaud DEMERVILLE, is accompanied by a kitchen brigade of some forty professionals, and a dining room brigade of 80 passionate people, to take care of the 350 or so covers served daily in the establishment.

In order to provide our customers with top-quality cuisine, made with fresh produce, your tasks, under the direction of Executive Chef Arnaud DEMERVILLE, are to :

– Take charge of the culinary creations that fall within your area of responsibility ;

– Participate in improving preparations and developing new recipes ;

– Take charge of supplies for his area and determine material requirements ;

– Receive and check the quality of deliveries ;

– Store raw materials according to company procedures ;

– Plan production according to orders, products in stock and seasonality ;

– Supervise and train clerks ;

– Apply hygiene rules.

All these tasks must contribute to guaranteeing the image of the brand and the cabaret, by offering customers quality cuisine presented in an impeccable manner.

Your profile

With a hotel and catering background (minimum BAC PRO – vocational baccalauréat), you are a true restaurant professional with successful experience as a Chef de Partie in quality establishments such as gourmet and/or Michelin-starred restaurants.

You are perfectly familiar with hygiene and HACCP rules.
You are familiar with French gastronomy and are able to handle service with method and efficiency.

You are an excellent cook, reactive, determined, motivated and rigorous. You know how to manage a team and have a sense of pedagogy.


Full-time permanent contract – 39 hours per week – to be filled as soon as possible.

Work on weekends and public holidays.

Periods of 5 working days – 2 consecutive days off.

Hours : continuous, mornings or evenings.

Salary : €2,854 gross per month.

Benefits : no cut-off, health insurance, 50% transport reimbursement, meal card, 13th month, Business and Social Council.
