Position description

The Executive Chef, Arnaud DEMERVILLE, together with the Kitchen & Patisserie brigade, prepare and send out the 350 or so dinners served each evening in our establishment.


In order to provide our customers with quality cuisine using fresh produce, your duties, under the direction of Executive Chef Arnaud DEMERVILLE, will involve :


  • Receiving and putting away goods in compliance with hygiene standards ;
  • Help set up the workstation ;
  • Help prepare and process food: peel vegetables, prepare garnishes, etc.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of dishes, complying with technical data sheets and manufacturing rules ;
  • Know and apply health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with HACCP standards ;
  • Cleaning the equipment, kitchen and pantries on a daily basis.


All these tasks must contribute to guaranteeing the image of the brand and the cabaret, by offering customers quality cuisine presented in an impeccable manner.

Your profile

You are responsive, willing, motivated, reliable, passionate, a good team player and disciplined.


You are able to approach services methodically and efficiently, you are rigorous and you are keen to learn.


Length of apprenticeship contract : depending on the qualification. 

Hours : continuous, with a rotation between the morning and evening shifts – 2 consecutive days off.
