In order to strengthen the Moulin Rouge’s kitchen brigade, we are looking for a Apprentice Kitchen Commis (M/F) on a permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

Position decription
The Executive Chef, Arnaud DEMERVILLE, together with the Kitchen & Patisserie brigade, prepare and send out the 350 or so dinners served each evening in our establishment.
In order to provide our customers with quality cuisine using fresh produce, your duties, under the direction of Executive Chef Arnaud DEMERVILLE, will involve :
- Receiving and putting away goods in compliance with hygiene standards ;
- Help set up the workstation ;
- Help prepare and process food: peel vegetables, prepare garnishes, etc.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of dishes, complying with technical data sheets and manufacturing rules ;
- Know and apply health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with HACCP standards ;
- Cleaning the equipment, kitchen and pantries on a daily basis.

The position:
Hours: continuous (no breaks), morning or evening – 2 consecutive days off
Location: in the cabaret’s kitchens, 82 boulevard de Clichy – 75018 Paris.
