We are looking for an Accommodation and Maintenance Coordinator for a full-time permanent position, to start as soon as possible.

Your missions
Reporting to the Manager and his Deputies, you will join the Maintenance Department and work in collaboration with all the teams at the Moulin Rouge.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include the following (non-exhaustive list):
ACCOMODATION
- Ensure the day-to-day management of the housing stock: monitoring occupancy, organising schedules and coordinating external interventions;
- Ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the apartments, in accordance with the brand’s standards;
- Welcoming artists and acting as their point of contact;
- Supervising and training the valet/chambermaid who works in the apartments (schedules, administrative documents, etc.).
MAINTENANCE
- Ensure that the cleanliness of the premises complies with the brand’s standards, objectives and values;
- Ensure regular checks of common areas and comply with the frequency of cleaning activities (changing rooms, backstage areas, etc.);
- Coordinate the various external service providers working on the Moulin Rouge premises (cleaning, laundry, vending machines, etc.).
OVERALL MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with Maintenance Service Agents for any repairs, and ensure effective communication with the Ballet and Human Resources regarding artist occupancy/arrival;
- Ensure the supply of supplies/equipment, and carry out inventory;
- Report any malfunctions or complaints to your line manager.

The position :
Working hours: 5 days a week – possibility of working some weekends and public holidays depending on artist arrivals – 35-hour contract.
Salary: depending on profile.
