We are looking for a Payroll and Administration Employee for a full-time permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

The Payroll and Administration Employee is responsible for payroll and personnel administration for a portfolio of employees (around 260 payrolls), using SILAE software.

The Payroll and Administration Employee is the employee’s point of contact for all payroll-related matters. He/she draws up administrative documents for employees (contracts, amendments, letters, etc.) and assists them with various formalities (obtaining visas, administrative procedures, etc.).

He/she is also involved in structuring the payroll and personnel administration department.

• Payroll preparation
o Collect and verify employee time and attendance data (vacations, absences, working hours, overtime, etc.) in order to calculate remuneration and prepare pay slips ;
o Enter variable pay elements (sickness, luncheon vouchers, endorsements, etc.) ;
o Guarantee the reliability of pay slips with regard to the legal, regulatory and collective bargaining framework applicable to the company ;
o Draw up all tax and social security declarations (employee and employer contributions, URSSAF, pension funds, health insurance, etc.) ;
o Report, manage and follow up all payroll claims ;
o Calculate and verify severance pay and validate final balances.
• Personnel administration
o Handle all formalities relating to the hiring and departure of employees: draw up employment contracts and amendments, draft various types of correspondence, manage affiliation and cancellation of health and provident insurance schemes, draw up end-of-contract documents, etc. ;
o Organize and update personnel files (computerized and physical) ;
o Ensure communications with external partners, such as pension funds, meal vouchers and occupational medicine ;
o Assist employees with all administrative formalities (visas, residence permits, Action Logement, etc.) ;
o Answering employees’ questions.

Your profile

You have at least 3 years’ significant experience in payroll and personnel administration, ideally acquired in an international environment.

You have a sound knowledge of employment law and payroll. You have the ability to build trusting relationships with all levels of interlocutors, pay close attention to detail and have a sense of confidentiality.

Knowledge of payroll for employees in the HCR (Hotels, Cafés and Restaurants) sector and of intermittent entertainment workers is a plus.


Full-time permanent contract – 35 hours per week – as soon as possible.
Salary according to profile.
