We are looking for a Demi-Chef de Partie Cuisine for a full-time permanent contract, to start as soon as possible.

Executive Chef Arnaud DEMERVILLE, accompanied by the Cuisine & Pâtisserie brigade, prepares and dispatches the 350 or so dinners served every evening in our restaurant.
In order to provide our customers with quality cuisine, made with fresh produce, your duties, under the direction of Executive Chef Arnaud DEMERVILLE, are to ensure supplies for his or her section and determine material requirements, receive and then check the quality of deliveries, stock raw materials according to the establishment’s methods plan production according to orders, products in stock and seasonality master calculations and conversions of quantities and units of measurement, manage a team of clerks and train them in the techniques of the job, work in tandem with the chef de partie, apply hygiene rules.
All these tasks must contribute to guaranteeing the image of the brand and the cabaret, by offering customers quality cuisine presented in an impeccable manner.
Trained in hotel management (BAC/BAC+2), you have proven experience as a Demi-Chef de Partie.
You are perfectly familiar with hygiene and HACCP rules.
You are familiar with French gastronomy and are able to handle service with method and efficiency.
You are reactive, willing, motivated, a team player and a good disciplinarian.
Full-time permanent contract – 39 hours per week – to be filled as soon as possible.
Work on weekends and public holidays.
Periods of 5 working days – 2 consecutive days off.
Hours : continuous, morning or evening.
Salary : €2,572.50 gross per month.
Benefits : no cut-off, health insurance, 50% transport reimbursement, meal card, 13th month, Business
